List bug in IE 6 and 7: background images, gaps
See the fixed version, with no extra vertical space between list items.
This is the buggy version. It’s only a problem in Internet Explorer 6 & 7. In the navigation menu at left, you will see 2 problems unique to Microsoft’s Internet Explorer browser:
- The background image that is used for the "Services" item repeats behind each of the anchored (linked) sub-menu items. Note that the last list item in that nested unordered list has no background problem because it is not an anchor.
- There are big vertical gaps between the nav buttons, which are constructed as an
<ul>.
